Dorfold is a romantic country estate on the edge of Nantwich, just outside Chester in Cheshire. Surrounded by parkland, ancient trees, and meticulously maintained gardens, the estate provides an idyllic backdrop for a wedding. At its heart is a newly built, award-winning barn, created specifically with unforgettable celebrations in mind.
The purpose-built barn accommodates up to 160 guests for wedding ceremonies. Its clean, spacious design is filled with light, thanks to dramatic windows that frame sweeping views of the gardens and estate grounds. This flexible setting allows each couple to shape the space in a way that feels personal.
The barn’s contemporary architecture sits harmoniously beside the grand Jacobean house, offering a modern space in timeless surroundings. Alongside the barn, the gardens are available for drinks receptions or photographs, while the Hall itself can be used for getting ready.

In-house chefs prepare bold, generous feasts over open flames, using a giant BBQ and rotisserie. Simple, quality ingredients are at the heart of every dish, cooked and served with flair in the signature Cripps & Co style.
