BMA House brings the ‘Wedstival’ to Bloomsbury

Capture the summer festival spirit for your wedding at BMA House with their unique Festival Weddings for up to 200 guests.

For a totally relaxed outdoor wedding in central London, BMA House offers eclectic street food with an innovative twist, fun festival theming (haystacks, tractors, wellies – the choice is yours!), live music and gorgeous flowers for their unique outdoor spaces, including the BMA Mind Garden and Courtyard. Both offer the perfect place to kick start the festivities and backdrop for pictures.

Rebecca Hurley, Deputy Events Manager for BMA House says: “The new festival themed package is ideal for couples planning a wedding with a difference. It takes the formality out of wedding celebrations and focuses on the fun and love shared by the couple and their guests…”

Garden games ranging from giant Jenga to Connect 4 act as great ice breakers as guests relax and unwind, creating a true festival vibe. To top it off, a Mega Booth hippie van can also be hired in, to capture all those fun moments.

The BMA Mind Garden hired in conjunction with the Garden Room is perfect for more intimate celebrations. While the Courtyard which is more suitable for larger weddings and can be hired together with the Snow and Paget Rooms or the spectacular Great Hall which can accommodate up to 200 guests.

This city/festival fusion just called out for a moodboard! Right…? So here’s how I’d be styling this ‘Wedstival’ in Bloomsbury vibe at the ever so lovely BMA House!

I’m so excited to be bringing our second Coco Editorial home this week and it’s the perfect Valentines treat!

For the La Jolie Mariée styled shoot we channelled the Modern Vintage style category – think soft tones, boudoir peeks, bardot-bunny, nude lace, blush pinks, summer romance, girly notions and a sixties-touch… All tied up in a Parisienne bow! Sounds gorge right…?

I got to work with the fab duo Katrina Otter Weddings & Events and Rebecca Goddard Photography once again, as well as the oh-so-lovely Jade Osborne Photography. But before all is revealed, I want to take you through the initial ideas behind the shoot in our first Coco Colour Palette of the year.

Just my favourite style of all time…

I’m obviously drawn to the coast and I love the romance that the sea evokes. So today we’re being enveloped by washes of foam green and striking sea glass aqua.

Come on, dive in pretties…

We’re scrubbing up and getting our Classic on this morning with a twist on the traditional. Think Bridesmaids in bold blue, flashes of gold stripes and a smattering of fresh pale green.

Does this palette tickle your fancy…?
