The Setting

You’re standing in the bay window of an 18th century suite, soaking up the view of the Cotswolds and beyond. Light floods in, captured in Champagne bubbles. Glasses clink. You’re feeling amazing. Your adventure awaits.

Perched at the top of the hill and surrounded on all sides by sweeping panoramas of the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Tewkesbury Abbey, the grounds of Tewkesbury Park provide a majestic backdrop for your wedding photos.

Although you’d never think it once you’ve reached the top of their 1/2 mile private drive, they’re just a stone’s throw away from the M5, so easily accessible from Cheltenham, Birmingham, Bristol and beyond.

The Vibe

Whether your dream wedding means sharing a lovingly-prepared meal with your nearest and dearest in the Duke of Gloucester Suite, or dancing the night away in their exclusive-use Cotswolds Suite and Berkeley Bar, their ever-passionate weddings manager, Samantha Birch, and her attentive team will ensure your day plays out your way.

From pre-wedding pampering in the spa to fabulous flowers on the day itself, they’ll happily arrange it all (if you want them to), so that you can simply relax and enjoy every moment.

If you’re looking for a smaller ceremony with a few close family and friends, then their Duke of Gloucester Suite, with its elegant décor and stunning bay window is just the spot. It’s also perfect for a smaller wedding breakfast or evening feast for 20 guests.

If you’re planning an altogether larger celebration, with up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and 300 guests for your evening reception, then their sparkly new Cotswolds Suite, with exclusive-use Berkeley Bar & terrace, will knock your socks off. Think shimmering chandeliers and mood lighting, leading edge speaker system and a multiscreen video wall just perfect for pictures of the two of you through the years, or for displaying the day’s events.

Oh, and don’t forget the oil-drum BBQs, wood-fired oven ideal for a pizza feast, and whole host of innovative food choices to delight your guests. How about a Cotswolds picnic, with home-made scones and clotted cream, quiches and pork pies; or maybe you fancy a night at the fair, with more candy floss than you can shake a stick at?

Being family-owned, they’re passionate about delighting every guest who visits and they understand the importance of tailoring your big day to suit you. It’s their aim to provide a luxurious yet relaxed setting for you to spoil yourselves, and your guests.

At the end of a long day of celebrations, their 93 bedrooms and suites are ready for you and your guests to collapse in comfort.

With nine stunning historic suites in the original manor house – think sud-filled roll top baths, bathroom TVs and huge, plump Hypnos beds just waiting for you to dive in – you’ll be spoilt for choice. Your guests will be equally well looked after, with all rooms having oh-so-comfy beds, great showers and breathtaking views.
