Ston Easton Park, built in 1739, is a grade I listed Palladian mansion of great distinction.
Located 11 miles south west of Bath and 12 miles south of the centre of Bristol, the house contains some of the most exceptional architectural and decorative features of its period to be found in the West of England. The house itself is surrounded by 36 acres of romantic gardens and parklands, created by the renowned landscape architect Humphry Repton in the 18th Century.
The pretty village church is just a short walk through the hotel grounds and six beautiful rooms within the house are licensed to hold civil ceremonies for between 2 and 100 guests.
One of the most luxurious country house hotels in Somerset with an award-winning fine dining restaurant and their very own kitchen garden.
Nestled in 36 acres of beautiful West Country parkland, Ston Easton Park is unique; this country house hotel is adorned with original antique furniture, sumptuous fabrics and glistening chandeliers, yet the warm welcome and homely atmosphere prevails.
All 23 bedrooms are lavishly furnished with fine fabrics and antiques. Indeed, some of their bedrooms even have original Chippendale four poster beds.
They are licensed to hold civil ceremonies for between 2 and 100 people, in six rooms throughout the house. For the wedding breakfast, they can cater for up to 80 people in the Saloon with a further 20 guests dining in adjoining rooms. However should you require all guests to dine together, why not position a marquee in the grounds where they can cater for up to 150 guests.
Ston Easton Park holds the culinary crown when it comes to serving award-winning cuisine in the most exquisite surroundings. Their Head Chef is passionate about developing menus that use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients; working with local suppliers and even sourcing almost 60% of the fresh produce used in the menus from the hotel’s Victorian kitchen gardens.
The hotel can be hired exclusively throughout the year Monday to Sunday, they also offer the option of Venue Hire throughout the year Sunday to Thursday.
