The nearest tube station is Angel and the building backs on to the infamous Exmouth Market with plenty of hotels situated nearby. The venue is accessible by train, tube, bus and car. There is also on-street parking in nearby streets off Rosebury Avenue and a few local car parks are only a minute or so away.

The Vibe

A versatile and unique event space that exudes opulence and glamour, The Old Finsbury Town Hall has true character with its Art Nouveau vintage décor and chic ambience.

The Urdang Academy lovingly restored the building in 2007 honouring its rich heritage, now the Old Finsbury Town Hall can host weddings again, continuing a hundred year tradition, as well as banquets and events.

The Old Finsbury Town hall has a number of licensed rooms for hire, which offer flexibility for different sized groups, and the building is fully accessible for wheelchair users. You also have the freedom to arrange your own catering and drinks if you wish. To ensure the smooth running of each event, an experienced House Manger is always on hand, together with a cloakroom attendant and two security guards. Of course a professional wedding planner or any additional staff can be hired if required for your event.

As well as providing an exquisite setting, the venue has another purpose in mind. All profits generated from events held at The Old Finsbury Town Hall go towards bursaries for the talented at performing arts school, the Urdang Academy. Now that really is sharing the love!
