The Setting

This venue is one of Condé Nast Brides Hot 100 exclusive use venues in the UK. So although set in Argyll, Scotland, Crear is fast becoming a hit with the City sets wanting to make it theirs for the weekend… You can see why – located in a magical landscape on the west coast of Scotland, Crear is a very special place.

Celebrate your wedding large or small, with an all star team looking after you over three days and three nights exclusive use in understated, affordable luxury, complete privacy, and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The Vibe

The whole Crear team LOVE weddings… It’s a simple fact. The lovely folks feel it’s a huge pleasure to be part of one of the happiest days of your lives and the welcome you receive is warm and very, very special… Just like Crear itself.

Crear is able to throw parties for 100 guests or create an intimate setting for just the two of you, oh… and everything else in between! This wedding venue is know as the Space to Create and the exclusive use means the house becomes yours for the duration, enabling you to plan the perfect day.

The decor at Crear is very stylish yet comfortable, at any time of year. If you can imagine, the studio space is larger than a tennis court with far reaching views to the Paps of Jura through a glass wall over twenty metres long. With underfloor heating it’s always cosy and warm and the huge expanses of glass allows the outside in, whatever the weather. Squashy sofas in the living room, an open fire, crisp white linen sheets on really comfy beds and a very special team of people looking after you.

Sounds divine doesn’t it..?

Scotland

It’s worth noting The Church of Scotland is happy to marry couples outside and also welcomes couples from other churches and divorcées.

Humanist Weddings are legal in Scotland and the local registrars, for Civil Ceremonies, are happy for couples to really personalise their ceremony and choose the exact spot on the day. You do not have to be resident in Scotland for anytime prior to your wedding.

Wee Weddings

Wee in Scots is an adjective that means little, tiny, minute, mini, undersized, bijou, itsy-bitsy, half-pint & dinky according to the Oxford English Dictionary. The Crear definition of a Wee Wedding is upto six at the entire wedding.
